Biography

Hellieth J. Pedroza Guzman was born and raised in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, and emigrated to the United States at the age of 17. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree by the age of 20. Ms. Pedroza achieved her lifelong ambition of becoming a lawyer at the age of 24 upon graduating from the University of Houston Law Center.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Pedroza embarked on her legal journey at one of Houston’s eminent plaintiffs’ law firms, advocating for injured individuals across Texas. Her dedication and expertise caught the attention of an esteemed insurance defense firm specializing in construction defect cases, leading to her recruitment. This pivotal experience equipped her with invaluable skills, ultimately preparing her for her current role where she continues to champion the rights of all her clients with compassion, tenacity, and a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
